Due to growth, we’re hiring 2 x 360 Recruitment Consultants to join their Melbourne team.
You’ll step into a role with:

This is a full 360 role — but with the support, tools, and infrastructure to help you move faster and bill more.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (360 desk)
- Build and grow relationships with clients across wealth, insurance, and tech
- Leverage existing client relationships to generate new opportunities
- Source, engage, and place high-quality candidates
- Conduct client meetings and candidate interviews
- Manage pipelines and close roles efficiently
- Work collaboratively with a high-performing team
